SPECIFICATIONS FOR SENDING ARTWORK:
•  Please note we operate on PC platform.
•  Please send artwork before placing an order to ensure suitability of your artwork for printing and
to allow time for changes to be made.
•  Please send smaller files via email, alternatively we can read your floppy disks, zip disks, CD's & DVD's.
•  There are no art fees for Exact reorders.
•  Artwork changes to existing art will incur charges.
•  Artwork fees are one-time fees, for services rendered per design.
•  The turn-a-round time for jobs begins once we have artwork approval from you.

COMPUTER PROGRAMS WE USE:
Flexi Sign Pro 8.5, Corel Draw 13, Illustrator CS3, Photoshop 7.

FORMATS SUPPORTED:
Please ensure that your designs are saved in one of the following formats to ensure there are no delays with processing your order.
•  EPS Preferred file format for vector artwork
•  Illustrator AI 
•  Corel Draw CDR

PICTURES:
Please ensure that your photos are saved in one of the following formats at 300dpi to scale for
smaller jobs or 100dpi for large scale jobs.
• PDF • TIFF • BMP • JPG
RT will advise immediately if your image is not suitable.

FONTS:
We request that all files have fonts converted to curves, paths or outlines, this is most important to ensure that there are no conflicts or changes to your text style.

COLOURS:
We request that all digital files have assigned colours that are named. Jobs that are not 4-colour process will be classed as spot colours and can be defined via supplied samples, colour charts or Pantone Matching System (PMS).
